What you're looking at.
- A summary first. The items that actually affect the purchase, up front, before the system-by-system detail.
- A photo for every finding. You see what we saw, from angles you can't get to yourself.
- Severity, not drama. Safety issues, major defects and maintenance items are labelled separately so nothing gets over- or under-read.
- Delivered the same day. Usually within hours of leaving the property.
